This course provides you with the foundation of Lean Six Sigma and as a result you will discover a profound understanding of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology. 
 

Objectives

Acquire an overview of Lean Six Sigma concepts and the Define-Measure-Analyses-Improve-Control process, along with some basic problem solving tools. Once you certify you can join green and black belt projects.
